    • We are a pet-friendly community. Permitted pets include dogs, cats, caged birds, and fish, with a maximum of two pets per home and a 65lb weight limit. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Dobermans, and other aggressive breeds. Exotic animals (e.g., reptiles, ferrets, rabbits, rodents) are not allowed. A non-refundable fee of $300 applies for the first pet and $150 for the second, along with $35/month per pet in rent.

    • No smoking is permitted in breezeways, stairways, laundry rooms, storage rooms, or any other covered common area spaces.
